At this time, Modish Quo ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Modish Quo ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Sales Tax

Modish Quo charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return / Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to start your return process. All returned items must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To start the return or exchange process, complete the form on our Contact page and include the order number. Once your return or exchange has been approved, a mailing address will be provided for the return of the item(s). After the item(s) are back in Modish Quo’s possession, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. Modish Quo reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice to you.
